Lakeside North Harbour has agreed a deal with SPB UK & Ireland with the insurance provider selecting the park for its new 8,000 sq ft HQ.
SPB has relocated its office headquarters from Portsmouth city centre to become the third occupier at Lakeside’s newly refurbished Building 3000.
SPB provide and manage insurance and service programmes to the consumer industry. It selected Lakeside after an extensive search having decided Lakeside offered the best location, connectivity and amenities for its staff.
SPB joins an impressive occupier line up at Lakeside. The park is home to around 4,000 workers and has attracted numerous prestigious businesses including Capita, Babcock and The Southern Co-operative.
The park has established itself as the South Coast’s premier business destination. Located on the eastern end of the M27, at the gateway to the Solent Corridor, Lakeside’s impressive office accommodation is nestled amongst 120 acres of mature landscaped grounds and feature lake.
The 100-acre site has potential to accommodate over 1m sq ft of offices, with high quality space available from 2,500sq ft to 36,000 sq ft. Occupiers also have access to a range of facilities including a retail and lifestyle hub and on-site nursery. It is also home to the state-of-the-art Porsche Centre and a 153-bed Village Hotel Club complete with Leisure club is due to open later this year.
